Information and Purposes
When you access a website, technical information such as IP address, requested pages, time, browser and security events may be processed by the hosting and delivery systems. This supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. The applicable basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website, subject to your rights and interests.
If you email or telephone us, we process the contact details and information you choose to provide to answer your enquiry, handle a correction or complaint and maintain a record of the exchange. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, steps requested before a contract where relevant, or a legal obligation where one applies. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing.
Do Not Send Job or Visa Applications to Us
PeraPlays is an information publisher, not an employer or visa authority. Do not send passports, bank statements, medical records or application files through our contact channels. Use verified employer and government application systems. We do not need those documents to answer an editorial enquiry.
Service Providers and External Content
The website runs on WordPress and uses hosting, delivery and security services. The current site includes Hostinger service components, including a Reach embed script. Such resources can receive technical connection information when loaded. Correspondence to our published Gmail address is handled through Google’s email service. Providers process information according to the services they supply and their applicable terms. See Hostinger’s privacy notice and Google’s privacy notice.
When you follow an external job, government or service-provider link, the destination is responsible for its own collection and use of information. A link is not permission for us to submit your details to that organisation.
Google Ad Manager and Advertising Data
PeraPlays uses Google Ad Manager for advertising. Depending on the advertising configuration and your choices, Google and participating advertising providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device identifiers, the page visited and interactions with advertisements. Purposes can include serving and measuring advertisements, limiting repeated ads and detecting fraud or abuse. Personalised advertising may use additional information where the necessary consent has been obtained.
Where required, consent must be obtained before advertising cookies or similar storage are used and before personal data is used for personalised advertising. Non-personalised ads are not necessarily cookie-free. Rejecting personalisation alone does not establish that all advertising storage or processing has stopped. Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s advertising information.
See our Cookie Policy and the site’s Cookie Settings controls. You can also review Google’s partner advertising settings. The cookie inventory and consent configuration need to reflect the providers and advertising modes actually enabled. Use of Google Ad Manager does not mean that Google Analytics, AdSense or an affiliate programme is also in use.
Retention and International Processing
Retention depends on the purpose: correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the matter and any related legal responsibilities; operational records are kept for security and service purposes; consent records support the choices made. Where a legal obligation or a claim requires longer retention, access should be limited to that purpose. You may ask us about a specific record or request deletion where applicable.
Service providers may operate in more than one country. Any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area must have a basis permitted by data-protection law, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your enquiry; provider locations and terms should not be assumed from the location of our company alone.
Your Rights and Complaints
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing. Email the address above with your request. We may seek proportionate information to verify identity; do not send a full identity document unless necessary and specifically requested.
Requests are generally handled within one month, subject to the extensions allowed by law. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority. See the AEPD rights guidance.
Children and Updates
Our employment and relocation guides are intended for a general adult audience. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information that should be addressed. We update this notice when the relevant processing changes and show the revision date above.
